(Pragmatic Access Prompts) Production System mailing through Outlook - Security Prompt on every financial document sent

Use Case - When there is a Production System/ERP in use, that requires Outlook integration to send out customer and or supplier financial documentation.

Ensure user account has admin access

Open Outlook

Go To File - Mail - Trust Center - Trust Center Settings

Disable Pragmatic access prompts

Close and reopen Outlook

ERP will now only prompt once for _entire job/all documents_ mailed as opposed to once every electronic document.
